BYONN is designed as a daily safety companion and emergency ally, providing individuals and organizations with real-time prevention, AI-powered awareness, and communication tools.

Our Platform is not a replacement for government-issued emergency services but is intended to support and enhance situational awareness and preparedness.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.

If you are using BYONN on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

• For Individuals (B2C): Traffic Light System, Quick SOS, Live Map, Buzz Alerts, Group Creation, Offline Mode, and Privacy-first design.

• For Organizations (B2B): AI-powered dashboards, command view, team communication, incident reports, crisis channels, and advanced risk analysis.

We may add, remove, or update features from time to time to improve user experience.

The BYONN Traffic Light System (Green, Yellow, Red, Purple) is an awareness and guidance tool.

It does not guarantee complete safety.

Users must exercise judgment and follow official emergency protocols as required.

Your privacy is our priority. By using BYONN, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

We collect limited personal data necessary for functionality (e.g., location for alerts).

Organizations using BYONN may have access to certain logs and reports for operational use.

We never sell personal data to third parties.

• Not to misuse the app for false alarms, harassment, or illegal purposes.

• To use BYONN only for lawful and responsible activities.

• To respect communication channels and organizational protocols if you are part of a B2B setup.

All BYONN content, branding, software, and AI modules are the exclusive property of Yubix and its affiliates.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our technology without written permission.

BYONN is a supportive safety tool and does not replace emergency services.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from reliance on BYONN during emergencies.

Organizations remain responsible for their own operational protocols and actions.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Accounts may be terminated for misuse of the Platform.

• We may terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be modified accordingly.

Continued use of BYONN after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Francisco, California.
